Hi! My name is Tobias Kopka. I am a program director, curator, and veteran of the digital space. Thanks for stopping by!
My mission is to create spaces and experiences where people exchange, learn and grow, and which are helping companies and communities to sustain and flourish. To enable this I am generating purposeful conversations wherever possible, and am curating conferences and events for more than 12 years. Currently, I am a Partner & Head of Developer Relations at REBOOT Develop, also working on a new project under my label curatomic. (see full Bio below)
Looking for support?
As I´ve been wandering between the systems of game development, tech, art, education, and business for the past two decades, this has resulted in an always growing network I am happy to leverage on partners’, clients’, and friends’ behalf.
Other help I can provide is as an external sparring partner on your programs, or if you need a logically and inventive mind at the same time, I shine as a concept advisor on all other kinds of complex systems and challenges into uncharted territory.
Last but not least I always love to facilitate purposeful conversations and connections as a moderator and host!
- physical, hybrid, and digital events

- international partnerships
- consultancy on complex challenges
- access to a substantial international network in games and digital media
